As one of the directors of Glow Maintenance I think it is vitally important to continue developing my skills across the board, it is important for me to be the best in what I do and give satisfaction to the people surrounding me including staff, customers, friends and family. Experiencing Helen Oakwater’s EQUIP training I found some of the information and practical applications fascinating. My skill set when working with groups of people or individuals has greatly increased. Prior to the event I believed myself to be a good communicator (and still do) however after picking up some VERY insightful tools I believe I am a much more charismatic and thoughtful person. 
I have been on various self development and business courses so I feel I have quite a lot of experience in this field and I believe I have the authority to state this; EQUIP is definitely one of the best courses out there and has much more to offer than even I had hoped for. I do not believe that anybody taking this course will walk away feeling anything less than impressed. The content was educational on many levels and the follow up has been excellent. 
If you are considering growing in confidence, looking for a better angle of communication with..... well anybody really!! If you want to sharpen your sales skills or just feel you could do things a little better at work or in life then Helen Oakwater is the person you really need to see.
