Since 2002 Helens coaching and training practice has grown organically, as her children needed less of her time. New clients have come exclusively from recommendations. 
With over 200 days of coach specific training in the UK and USA, she is both experienced and well qualified
Through her deep understanding of childhood trauma she offers coaching clients a very safe space to release historical shackles.

Trustee of Adoption UK, the national charity supporting adoptive families since May 2005
Member of a Local Authority Adoption Panel(s) for over 8 years

PREVIOUSLY (in brief)
Qualified as a PE teacher, taught for a number of years, before becoming a political campaigner.
Several roles in the City including training and customer services before parenting.
Stay at home Mum after adopting a sibling group of 3 (then aged 5,4,2), now young adults. During this time she was  active within Adoption UK and the larger adoption world; including supporting adopters, speaking at conferences, giving evidence to a parliamentary select committee and serving on the Government Adoption Task Force for 4 years.
