Neuro-Linguistic Programming" is a complex phrase which encompasses the three most influential components involved in human experience:

• 'Neuro' refers to our neurology, our thinking processes
• 'Linguistic' is language, how we use it and how we are influenced by it
• 'Programming' refers to the patterns of our behaviour and the goals we set

NLP is the study of the structure of subjective experience

NLP is an attitude, a way of being , a frame of mind based on curiosity, exploration, ease and excellence and being playful, leading to such questions as: What do you want? How do you do that? What works? What's the difference that makes the difference? How will you know when you've got it?

Modelling excellence is at the heart of NLP; looking at how people think and act when they perform effectively. Any behaviour when broken into essential elements and small chunks can be noticed, replicated and transferred to others.
